As the voice of Jose Mari Chan starts to fill the malls, Bo’s Coffee unveils a Paskong Pinoy menu that embodies the spirit of Filipino Christmas. In true Filipino nature, the brand hosted a salo-salo and media thanksgiving at their first stand-alone branch in Capitol, Cebu. CEO Steve Benitez, SVP-Chief Operating Officer Rachel Fallarme, VP for Global Franchise Ivy Benatiro, and AVP-Director for Marketing Laine Vallar as well as the operations and marketing team were all present to join in on the celebration.
This year’s holiday menu introduces the Davao Tableya Series, which highlights world-class local chocolate. It feels like Christmas morning with every sip of Davao Tableya Mocha Froccino, Davao Tableya Iced Mocha, and Davao Tableya Hot Mocha.
When asked how Bo’s Coffee came about creating the festive menu, Benitez explains, “We wanted a holiday menu that not only delights the taste buds but also resonates with the warmth and joy of a Filipino Christmas.” The greatest gift of all won’t be under the tree this year as Bo’s Coffee brings back the seasonal favorite Dark Mocha Macadamia Froccino.
Of course, it isn’t a complete Filipino Christmas without traditional Paskong Pinoy treats. Snack on Mini Bibingka in Original, Cream Cheese, and Ube Cheese, or indulge in Bibingka Cheesecake, Tableya Chocolate Cake, and Tableya Chocolate Mousse. These sweet treats were crafted to beautifully complement the holiday menu.
More than the Paskong Pinoy menu, Bo’s Coffee has diversified its menu to include filling meals. If you’re in for more of a savory mood, you can enjoy Bacon and Egg Waffle Sandwich, Spam Sriracha Bagel, Bolognese Pasta, and Bacon Pesto Pasta among others.
To cap the celebration off was a lighting of the branch’s Christmas tree. To make the celebration more meaningful, guests were invited to write their wishes for the year on a card that hangs on the Christmas tree.
Bo’s Coffee’s growing presence in the global market, particularly in the Middle East, is set to grow in two more countries soon. The brand is also actively expanding in Metro Manila and NCR through franchising, bringing the warmth of Filipino hospitality to coffee lovers all over the country.
