From their hole-in-the-wall origins, Tales and Feelings comes back to bring a complete gastronomical experience of cuisine and drinks. Read on to learn what they have in store with their bigger and more accessible new location.
A much-needed upgrade
You may have heard of Tales and Feelings from their much-beloved previous location on F. Ramos Street. They’ve become popular for their tasteful and luxurious dishes and cocktails. However, despite their luxurious offerings, the intimate space was only able to accommodate a limited number of guests.
To cater to more people, Tales and Feelings owners Julian and Kim Prosevicius opened a new location at Amber Hotel last September 2023.
The much bigger space is designed to better accommodate entertainment and celebrations. It can seat about 80 to 100 people with added facilities like parking spaces, private rooms, a bar for cocktails, a chef’s counter for tasting menus, and now a wider wine selection.
Despite staying intimate and cozy, the new location can now cater to your romantic dates, group hangouts with friends, or celebrations with family.
Beloved items and more
Julian shares that their offerings in the new branch are a product of the feedback from their previous guests. Their menu features some favorites from their Ramos branch including their truffle fries, French toast, and steak tartare.
They also still have their head chef, Kim’s brother Elso “Third” Almodiel III with a bigger team to offer diners familiar treats and new flavors.
A diverse selection of must-tries
Inspired by Julian and Kim’s travels, Tales and Feelings offers internationally inspired cuisine with a tales and feelings twist. If you haven’t tried their selections yet, you can expect familiar Filipino flavors along with international treats.

Other than their popular truffle fries, steak tartare, and French toast they also recommend their pork belly, salmon, and a wider wine selection featuring award-winning wines.
Given how massive their wine collection is, it can be easy to get overwhelmed with the choices. Julian and their staff are ready to recommend which wines best pair with the food.
