Those seeking a heartier fare can indulge in the Crispy Triple-Cooked US Black Angus Short Rib, Free-Range Chicken with Cashew, Dried Chili, and Szechuan Peppercorns, or the Stewed Japanese Sea Cucumber with Minced Pork Sauce. For lighter dishes, savor the Crispy Sesame Chicken and Minced Prawn with Lemon Dressing, Lobster Har Gow with Yunnan Ham, an enticing mix of Stir-Fried Assorted Mushrooms, Asparagus, Crisp Enoki, drizzled with Black Truffle Sauce, or the Wok Fried Scallops with XO Sauce.

For the colder days ahead, take the warmth of the Braised Seafood Treasure Soup with Golden Broth. The daytime dining experience offers patrons a chance to delve into an exquisite dim sum lunch menu, carefully curated by the Michelin-awarded Chef Lee Man Sing.
